Booking and cancellation Policy
   When a booking has been made, a Booking Confirmation will be sent to you. All reservations are subject to a minimum deposit of 50% to be paid not later than the stated date on the Booking Confirmation
   After a copy of payment has been faxed to us your reservation will be confirmed in writing by Deposit Receipt and sent to you.

The following cancellation charges apply from the moment that a reservation has been confirmed

Deposit is 50% of the total charge
   Confirmed Booking cancelled less than 7 days before the date of arrival shall be subject to 50 % cancellation fee.
   Confirmed Booking cancelled more than 7 days before the date of arrival can be postponed to 60 days.
